Redeem a Vehicle
1. Valid Drivers License or State Issued photo ID.
2. Valid Registration.
3. Valid Insurance.
4. All current Fees’ against the vehicle must be paid by Credit card or cash before the vehicles will be released.
5. If a police department release is required, this must be presented before the vehicle is released. Releases are also required for vehicles with the police department investigation holds.
Personal Property Removal-Impounded Vehicles

UNTIL ALL
CHARGES FOR RECOVERY, TRANSPORTATION, AND SAFEKEEPING HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL.
Almighty Tow Service, LLC adheres to the above Senate Bill unless otherwise contractually specified as per Police
or Municipality rotation ordinance or contract. If the impounded vehicle was impounded under a rotation ordinance or contract,
Almighty Tow Service, LLC will follow and adhere to the Personal Property Removal clause of that particular Police Department or
Municipality that the said vehicle was impounded through.
Daily Storage Fees
Any vehicle towed to an Almighty Tow Service, LLC impound lot will be charged a daily storage fee in addition to the towing and recovery fees.
This fee is calculated and based on the police department, municipality, business or individual the car was towed to our impund lot under.
The daily storage fee is calculated by each calender day the vehicle is stored on our lot.
